Allow the gel to dry for 10 minutes. Test the gel with your finger to ensure it has completely dried.

Color in the again using the same gel pens. Focus on the streaked areas.

Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 if the picture is not evenly colored in focus on the streaked areas.

Color over the entire picture one last time after the gel has dried. If you find that the pens aren't

Place the gel pens in the freezer for 10 minutes. The freezer will cause the gel color to work again.
